Army Contracting Command (ACC) is the Army’s acquisition execution headquarters. It runs the new generation of army-enterprise-contracts — firm-fixed-price IDIQ vehicles with pre-negotiated terms — including the March 2026 10B palantir award. As of early 2026, ACC was on its third RFI re-opening for an additional commercial-software enterprise IDIQ winner (see src-anduril-army-20b-counter-drone-idiq-2026-03).
