Johns Hopkins APL planetary scientist; lead developer of the venus-life-equation (Izenberg et al. 2021), a drake-equation-style decomposition L = O × R × C used to estimate the likelihood of extant life on venus. The framework was reused in the 2026 LPSC Earth-to-Venus panspermia modeling study reported in src-venus-panspermia-earth-origin-2026-04.
