Paul Peyerl
Subject of an FBI document surfaced via pursue Release 01 and recapped by Euronews (May 9 2026). Peyerl claims that during WWII the Nazis built a disc-shaped, jet-engine-equipped, remotely-controlled aircraft in Germany’s Black Forest in 1944.
Claimed observations
- Approximately 6.5 metres in diameter.
- Remotely controlled.
- Several jet engines on the outer part of the structure.
- The outer section rotated around a stationary central dome.
- Photographed in flight at 7,000 m altitude; a Xerox of the negative is appended to the FBI file.
- Photographed in a hangar “at the risk of his own life.”
- Allegedly designed by a German engineer named Kuehr (first name unknown), suspected arrested by the Allies after the war.
Provenance
FBI document released as part of the May 8 2026 PURSUE Release 01 tranche; preserved within the broader FBI UAP records collection. The fbi explicitly states the document contains “neither recommendations nor conclusions,” making the claim unverifiable from agency adjudication alone.
