In January 2015, its operations officer authored the “URGENT SAFETY OF FLIGHT ISSUE” email warning of multiple near-midair collisions during the uss-theodore-roosevelt pre-deployment exercise — attaching the “Go Fast” FLIR video. The email vanished from recipients’ accounts the next day per Gallaudet’s testimony (src-gallaudet-house-testimony-2024-11).
