Jaime Maussan
Jaime Maussan is a Mexican journalist and long-time UAP advocate. He is best known internationally for presenting purported “non-human bodies” to the Mexican Chamber of Deputies in September 2023 — a presentation that mainstream scientists and forensic specialists widely rejected (the bodies were assessed as composites of pre-Columbian human and animal remains).
2026 Buga Sphere
In May 2026, Maussan co-presented with steven-greer at the Disclosure Project’s NPC event (src-greer-disclosure-event-npc-2026-05) a purported recovered object from Buga, Colombia (the Buga Sphere), claiming a preliminary resin-dating result of ~12,560 years. The release does not name the laboratory, chain of custody, or methodology. The wiki treats the claim as unverified, single-source pending independent analysis.
Pattern
- Maussan’s previous artifact presentations have followed a similar arc: dramatic public unveiling, no peer-reviewed corroboration, eventual mainstream rejection.
- Co-appears with steven-greer / the-disclosure-project as part of an international UAP-advocacy circuit distinct from U.S. government disclosure tracks (uap-disclosure, pursue).
