The Disclosure Project

The Disclosure Project is a steven-greer-led organization that gathers whistleblower testimony from current and former military, intelligence, and aerospace personnel about alleged UAP programs and recovered materials. Founded in the late 1990s, it has staged recurring National Press Club briefings — most notably in 2001 (the foundational Disclosure Project briefing) and 2026 (src-greer-disclosure-event-npc-2026-05, the 25th-anniversary event).

Format

  • Public press conferences featuring witnesses (often anonymous), claimed evidentiary materials, and policy recommendations.
  • Heavy reliance on personal testimony rather than physical evidence; identities frequently withheld.
  • Typically followed by published policy asks for executive action and Congressional initiatives.

2026 Iteration

The May 8, 2026 NPC event ran the same day as the official Pentagon pursue launch — a competing/parallel disclosure track, not coordinated with the government. See src-greer-disclosure-event-npc-2026-05 for billed witnesses and the Maussan Buga Sphere segment.
