2025-2026 — SecState and Acting NSA
Per src-uap-transparency-stalls-2025-12, Rubio is now Trump’s Secretary of State and acting National Security Adviser. Although a uap-disclosure-act co-sponsor as senator, he has been inactive on UAP transparency legislation in his current role. Rep. tim-burchett is reportedly scheduled to meet with Rubio to raise UAP issues directly.
