UAP Records Review Board (UAP RRB)
Independent expert body proposed by the uap-disclosure-act: composed of subject-matter experts, empowered to examine all governmental UAP records regardless of classification, with authority to compel disclosure and report to the President.
Modeled explicitly on the JFK Records Review Board established by the 1992 JFK Assassination Records Collection Act. Senate-passed in 2023 as part of the uap-disclosure-act; the RRB-empowering provisions were deleted in the FY2024 NDAA conference and remain a top advocacy ask of tim-gallaudet, chris-mellon, the uap-disclosure-fund, and the sol-foundation (src-gallaudet-house-testimony-2024-11).
