Robert Salas is a retired U.S. Air Force Captain known for his claims that a 1967 UAP incident at Malmstrom AFB temporarily disabled multiple nuclear-armed Minuteman ICBMs under his watch. He is a prominent voice on the nuclear-uap-correlation pattern and has testified and spoken internationally on the subject.

Salas spoke at the June 2022 Brazilian Senate UAP hearing (see src-brazil-uap-senate-hearings-2026), addressing the global nature of UAP events near nuclear weapons sites and connecting Brazil’s documented cases to the broader international pattern.
