Multiple members of the U.S. Congress have been actively involved in UAP oversight, transparency legislation, and hearings. While not a single formal caucus, a bipartisan group of lawmakers has driven uap-disclosure efforts through hearings, legislation, and oversight.

  • Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL): Chair of the Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets; co-sponsor of UAP Whistleblower Protection Act (H.R. 5060); chaired the September 2025 UAP hearing (src-uap-whistleblower-hearing-2025)

Senate

Legislative Achievements

Task Force on Declassification of Federal Secrets

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s Task Force held its first UAP-focused hearing on September 9, 2025 (src-uap-whistleblower-hearing-2025). David Grusch serves as Special Advisor (appointed March 2025).
